What happens between quote and pickup

We start from the date, pickup time, hours and your itinerary notes. Because group trips depend on seats and bag space, it helps to be exact about headcount and luggage rather than rounding.

Before anything is final, you see the vehicle and the terms. For airport pickups, the chauffeur meets the group at baggage claim with a name sign, the flight is tracked so delays move the pickup, and 60 minutes of complimentary wait time is included (90 minutes for international arrivals). For hourly service, the Sprinter and chauffeur stay with the group for the reserved block; overtime and unplanned stops are billed under the terms.

Quote questions

Does submitting the form confirm my Sprinter?

No. Requesting a quote does not confirm a reservation. We send the vehicle, the price and the terms first, and you confirm from there.

What is the minimum booking?

Every booking has a 3-hour minimum, including one-way transfers. NYC-area service starts from $200/hr with a $600 minimum; other cities start from $240/hr with a $720 minimum. Final price confirmed in your quote.

Can I request a wheelchair-accessible Sprinter?

Yes. We offer ADA / wheelchair-accessible (WAV) Sprinters across the tri-state area (NY, NJ, and CT). Choose the ADA / wheelchair-accessible photo card on the form and we will confirm an accessible vehicle for your date.

What if my flight or plans change?

Flights are tracked in real time for airport pickups. Other changes to pickup time or location are free up to 2 hours before pickup; call (888) 616-5339 for anything on the day.

Can I request a quote for a group that needs two Sprinters?

Yes. Describe the split in the notes or call dispatch. Two Sprinters can run on the same itinerary when part of the group travels on a different schedule, subject to availability.

How far ahead should I ask?

At least 48 hours ahead is recommended. For weddings, corporate events and peak season, two to four weeks ahead; for holiday weekends and prom season, four to six weeks.
