We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability, though same-day bookings are available in most cities. For weddings, corporate events, and peak season (May-October, December), we recommend booking 2-4 weeks ahead. Holiday weekends like New Year's Eve and prom season should be booked 4-6 weeks in advance.
What is the cancellation policy?
SprinterVansRental.com offers free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full amount. Modifications to booking details (time, pickup location) can be made free of charge up to 2 hours before pickup.
